Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop Pro Mi is one of the most efficient robot vacuum cleaners that supports smart automatic home cleaning. 

To begin with, it has an auto-recharge feature which allows it to go back to its charging point once it detects that the battery is low. It also has automatic recovery cleaning where it goes back to the breakpoint where it left off before charging.

This robot vacuum cleaner is also equipped with a 550 mL dust box, which is sufficient for multiple uses for a 180m² home.  Its running time is two hours on a single charge.

The 12 high-precision sensors are impressive as well because it doesn’t bump into furniture and doesn’t drop down stairs. In terms of smart mapping, this one is the best for us. 

We’re also happy that it is controlled through an app because you can use it whenever and wherever. If you’re not at home, you can conveniently operate it so you can already have your house tidied up when you’re around.

We’re also impressed that you can store five different maps best for multi-story homes. However, this isn’t available in the global version, which is its more expensive counterpart.

It’s a challenge that the default language is Chinese. Because of this, you may need a translator or request the English manual.

It is also quite expensive compared to other robot vacuums on this list. 

If you’re looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that has a schedule cleaning feature, ILIFE V5s Pro is a good choice. 

With its remote control, you can set the time you want it to regularly clean your house. Since you can set a time to maintain your house’s cleanliness, you don’t have to worry about your space gathering dust while you’re away.

If you have a multi-story house, you will also enjoy the cliff sensor that this robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with. When in use, we discovered that it detects height differences that prevent it to fall.

We also like that it doesn’t produce a loud noise when cleaning. As a result, you can focus on attending your meetings online without dealing with distracting noise in the background.

Its 81 mm size is also suitable to go under beds and sofas, so you don’t have to struggle in cleaning the dust and debris underneath. It can also last for about two hours on a full charge.

It is also made to clean different surfaces, which include tiles floors, rough floors, wooden floors, carpet, and marble floors. Since it can tackle various types of surfaces, this is the most versatile robot vacuum cleaner in our list. 

However, we noticed that its sucking ability is not quite strong compared to Xiaomi’s robot vacuum cleaner. Because it only has 1000pa of suction power, it lags behind most cleaners, which have 1500 pa – 3000 pa suction power. 

Also, it doesn’t operate through an app, so you cannot control it when you’re not at home.

Overall, despite its high price tag, we still think that ILIFE V5s Pro is worth it because of its smart abilities that outdo other robot vacuum cleaners.

We also admire that it has a UVC bacteria-killing and sterilization function. So, we recommend this for homes that have young children because it provides extra protection against germs.

In terms of performance, it has 2500 pa suction power, which is a steal for robot vacuum cleaners. With its strong suction ability, this vacuum cleaner can get rid of dirt, hair, and other small debris. 

However, this feature can be battery-draining, which makes it only last for an hour or less with a full charge. Since it only has a 1500 mAh battery capacity, you may need to recharge it multiple times if you have to clean large surface areas.

Also, we noticed that sometimes, it cannot detect what’s in front so it may keep bumping furniture or walls. Hence, we think that it’s best to watch it while it is on to avoid getting it broken.

If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop Pro Mi, we think that the Konka KC-C21 Robot Vacuum Cleaner is a good substitute. 

We like that it has a recharging station where it comes back to when it detects that its battery is running low. At the same time, it also has sensors that prevent it from dropping on surfaces that are not flat. 

Similarly, it has a large 400 mL dust box that can last for multiple uses. We find it sufficient given that it cleans up to 70 meters’ worth of space before the battery gets drained after about an hour. 

Its intelligent path programming is also superb because it creates a zigzag path to ensure that every part of the floor is clean. 

We’re also amazed that this robot vacuum cleaner can climb on uneven surfaces like floor gaps, chipped tiles, and cracked floors. 

A problem, however, is that this robot vacuum cleaner doesn’t save maps, thus it can have trouble navigating. So, we recommend that you monitor it while it is operating.

It also only has a 1500 mAh battery, which is quite limiting. Because of this, you must plug the charging station in while using it.

Overall, we like the performance of the Konka KC-C21 Robot Vacuum Cleaner because of its smart features. 

If you have a tight-budget but want to have a robot vacuum cleaner, then Kanazawa Smart Sweeper SD500 is the way to go.

For only Php 599, it already has a 360° Suction Nozzle that can sweep hair and other small debris from your floors. It also comes with a HEPA filter that may substantially reduce hazardous particles, such as mold spores, dust, and other allergens.

The suction power is also surprising given its price. It has 1800 pa of suction, which is more powerful than more expensive robot vacuum cleaners that often only have 1000 pa – 1500 pa of suction.

When tested, this vacuum cleaner stays on the surface until it cleans up all the dust. It also lasts for more than an hour if fully charged.

A problem, however, is that it cannot save maps. That said, it has an anti-collision feature that makes up for it because it avoids walls and other obstacles.

It also only has 250 mL of dust capacity so you may need to clear it more often, especially if your house is naturally dust-prone.

All in all, we believe that the Kanazawa Smart Sweeper SD500 is a reasonable purchase because it can do majority of the functions that more costly brands provide.
